• Flexibility: enzymes provided in 2 separate tubes

• Enzymatic kit delivering PCR and sequence reaction clean-up
• Exonuclease 1 and Alkaline Phosphatase mix based on GE's founding patents for removing unincorporated primers and nucleotides
• Add the single-tube enzyme formulation to the PCR mix, incubate for 15 minute to complete heat inactivation of enzymes: the PCR product is now ready for use in downstream reactions and processes

• Enzymes provided in 2 separate tubes, allowing the precise dosage of the enzymes for the development
• Just 2 simple pipetting steps are needed to prepare the reaction
