Dominique Dutscher has acquired 100% of the capital of Labochema, a scientific and laboratory equipment distribution group based in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Employing 50 employees, with a turnover of 12.6 M€ in 2020, Labochema allows Dominique Dutscher to enter the Baltic laboratory market and thus strengthen its European position.
At the same time, Dominique Dutscher will bring their service quality know-how and a portfolio of new products to Labochema.
The Dutscher group achieved 300 M€ in turnover in 2020 and has 16 subsidiaries located in Europe.
While focusing its strategy on customer satisfaction and service quality, Dutscher aims to continue its policy of external growth in Europe.
