Description
  • Purification of DNA or RNA from agarose gels or polyacrylamide gels and purification of PCR products
  • Silica membrane column purification by centrifugation
  • For sample :
    • < 400 µl PCR reaction mix, < 400 µg agarose gel for Mini kit
    • < 4 ml of PCR reaction mixture , < 4 mg of agarose gel for Midi format kit
    • < 10 ml of PCR reaction mixture , < 10 mg of agarose gel for Maxi format kit
  • For fragment sizes from 50 bp to 20 kbp
  • Elution volume :
    • 15 to 30 µl for the Mini kit
    • from 200 to 400 µl for the Midi format kit
    • 1 ml for the Maxi size kit
