How do I search for a product on dutscher.com?
 

  • If you already have a Dutscher web account, log in so that you can view the items you have consulted, qualified by a stock indicator and, if applicable, with your personalised pricing.
  • If you're not yet a Dutscher customer, you can of course also search, view and order our products online in guest mode !

 

 

 

 

Using the search engine

Enter your query in the search bar. You can specify:

  • a Dutscher reference code;
  • OR a manufacturer reference code;
  • OR one or more descriptive keywords (product, brand, CAS number). 
     

The more precise your query, the more relevant the results will be and the more closely they will match your needs.
Once you have entered your query, launch the search by clicking the magnifying glass.

 

When you do a keyword search, depending on the nature or level of detail of your query, an assistant will suggest how you can refine your search to give you the best results. The final results page will show filters that allow you specify your needs on certain specific criteria: GOOD DEALS (special offers) / GOGREEN (respectful of the environment) / BEST SELLER / OUR SELECTION (Dutscher’s own brand).

 

By browsing the catalogue

  1. Click on "Products" in the main menu.
  2. Browse through the suggested themes:
  • Biotechnologies;
  • Agro & industry;
  • Our selection;
  • GoGreen;
  • and specific ranges;
  • you can also use this menu to search by brand or product category.
     

Select the category you want to browse and discover our products!

How can I find out the stock availability of an item?
 

  1. Log in to your web account. Don't know how to log in to your web account?  Find out here!    
     
  2. Enter the reference code for the item you want to check availability of in the search engine.
     
  3. Coloured labels will inform you of its availability
    • Green: available (stock available at this time)
    • Orange: on the way 
    • Grey: on order only

      This information is non-contractual, as it is subject to change and depends on the quantities required.
       
  4. Click on the  ⓘ symbol, if available, to access further details.

 

Our customer service department is also available to answer any question about the availability of an item. To find your contact, click on "Contact" in the main menu, then "Sales administration" and you will find your Dutscher contact in our customer service department.

Once your order has been registered by our sales department, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by e-mail confirming the delivery date for each line (item) of your order.

How do I find product documentation?
 

For each product, we provide you with dedicated documentation. Among the documents that can be provided (as applicable):

  • a general description;
  • one or more guides (application note, selection guide, compatibility guide, reminder of standards, etc.);
  • one or more technical data sheets (including safety data sheet, user manual, CE certificate, etc.) and brochures;
  • the PDF page of our general catalogue containing the article;
  • the e-catalogue containing the article;
  • one or more videos.

How do I manage my favourite items?
 

Add an item to my favourites:
 

  1. Log in to your web account. Don't know how to log in to your web account? Click here.
     
  2. When an item page is displayed, click on the grey star next to the item code.
     
  3. The star then turns yellow.
     

 

 

Find and modify a favourite item:
 

  1. In your web account, on your home page, there is a "My items" widget.
     
  2. In this widget, click on "My favourites" to see the last 4 articles you have added as favourites. 
     
  3. Click on "Manage my favourites" to access the full list. Alternatively, you can find your favourites in the drop-down menu in your customer area by clicking on "My favourites".
     
  4. Each item on the favourites list can be added to the basket with a single click.
