How do I request a quotation?
 

Once you have filled your basket, you can request a quotation for your items.

  1. Go to your basket, then to the bottom of the page.

     
  2. Depending on your requirements, click on:
    • "Request a quotation" if you are not logged in (guest mode).
    • "Request a quotation" if you are logged in (connected to your web account), then on: "Quotation” to request a special price from our sales department (one-off quotation or additional offer) or " Pro forma quotation" to generate an automated quotation based on your current conditions, for instance to be sent to your purchasing department ("Administrative quote").

       
  3. Set your delivery and billing addresses and confirm your order. 

     
  4. Check the information displayed at the "Finalisation" step and then: 
    • to request a quotation (in guest or logged-in mode), click on "Send this quotation request to the sales representative";
    • to request a pro forma quotation (in logged-in mode only), enter the e-mail address at which you would like to receive the PDF quotation. Add a comment if necessary and click on "Receive this automated pro forma quotation".

 

For a standard quotation, you will receive a proposal from our sales department by email after we have studied your request. For a pro forma quotation, you will receive an automated quotation by email within a few minutes, based on your current price conditions.
