« After its commitment in 2016 to an environmental approach, the company Dominique Dutscher made the choice to engage with the ISO 9001 standard. The challenge of this approach was significant; listening to our customers, identifying their needs and responding to their requests involved restructuring our internal processes and improving all interfaces in order to meet all their needs and expectations. Quality remains a daily task with a view to continuous improvement. These certifications are very fine recognitions that will feed our ambitions and desires to reduce our environmental impacts and best satisfy our customers. »
