In France, Anios has a new 2,000 m² Research Centre de 2 000 m², dedicated to research and innovation
and allowing the development of formulations in autonomy, from design to marketing. This efficient centre includes 3 specialities :
Anios Laboratories have a high production capacity in the Lille metropolitan area, where 50,000 tons are manufactured each year and 100,000 bottles are filled each day. The site is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001, EN 13485 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
A dedicated team ensures the regulatory compliance and maintenance of the products in the portfolio: toxicological and eco-toxicological risk analysis, adaptation of formulations to regulatory changes, particularly REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals), Biocides (Biocide Products Regulation), MDR (Medical Device Regulation)...
Anios, as a major player in the health sector, has put in place measures to respond to unforeseen demands (epidemics, etc.): increased production and safety measures, all aimed at limiting the impact on users in the event of a crisis. The search for products manufactured in Europe and no longer in Asia, is an integral part of this strategy.
Suppliers are evaluated, traceability of products, materials and raw materials is required; Anios Laboratories also give priority to non-allergenic raw materials.
Anios is committed to preserving the environment by limiting its impact by optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing energy consumption. Wastewater is also treated, and waste is sorted.
