If the user does not have a suitable centrifuge, Vivaspin 20 can also be used under gas pressure for concentration on the lab bench. For even quicker concentrations, centrifugation can be combined with gas pressure. This pressure-fugation is particularly suitable if the samples are difficult to filter: serums, viscous samples at low temperatures.
