HOT FIREPol Blend Master Mix

• Chemically modified: at ambient temperatures it is inactive
• Activated by a 12-15 min incubation step at 95°
• Prevents extension of non-specifically annealed primers and primer-dimers formed at low temperatures during PCR setup
• Also available in Mastermix and Mastermix «Ready to load» formats, with different MgCl₂ concentrations

• Mix of Hot FIREPol® and a proofreading polymerase
• Decreased error rate (5x less than Taq)
• Increased fidelity / amplification up to 5 Kb
• Ready to use: only requires adding template, primers and water
• Less pipetting mistakes
• "Ready to Load" format includes all compounds necessary for direct loading onto gel in post PCR
