• 0.1 to 0.3 ng detected per nucleic acid strip

• Add directly to the sample, before pouring gels
• Emits green fluorescence (520 nm) when bound to RNA or double-stranded or single-stranded DNA
• 6x concentrated
• 0.2 to 0.6 ng detected per nucleic acid strip
• Includes loading buffer and Bromophenol blue
