Exonuclease I

• One unit of the dephosphorylating enzyme 1 µg of pUC57 DNA termination linearized in 10 min at 37 ° C
• Catalyses the removal of 3 'and 5' phosphate groups on DNA, RNA, nucleotides and Proteins
• Active in PCR buffers
• Inactivated by setting the temperature to 75 ° C for 5 min

• One unit of the enzyme catalyzes the release of 10 nmol of nuleotides in 30 min at 37 ° C
• Inactivated by setting the temperature to 80 ° C for 15 minutes
