Total DNA purification (genomics, mitochondrial and chloroplast).

For microbial DNA purification from environmental samples (soil, sediment, compost, manure,...).
The environmental sample is added to a tube containing beads and lysis solution..
The microorganisms are lysed under the effect of heat, the mechanical force exerted by the balls and the detergent.
Requires a vortex mixer or bead grinder (not supplied).
