• Le Hot Disco Taq master mix 2X ready to load est prêt à l'emploi (ajout de la matrice, des amorces et de l'eau uniquement) et contient un colorant rouge pour dépôt direct sur gel
• Hot Disco Taq is inactivated at room temperature, activation at 95°C for 15 min
