Hot Disco Taq 5U/µl, with or without buffer and MgCl2:

• To be completed with dNTPs, template, primers, water, 10X buffer and MgCl2 if not supplied

Hot Disco Taq master mix 2X, ready to use:

• The 2X master mix contains Hot Disco Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 at a final concentration of 1.5 mM, and buffer 1 (KCI/(NH4)2 SO4 Tris) or buffer 2 ((NH4)2 SO4)

Available in a "Ready to load" version, containing a loading buffer and a red dye to monitor migration:
