TALON®, is a new cobalt-based immobilized metal affinity chromatography medium (IMAC) offering enhanced selectivity for histidine-tagged proteins

Suitable for purification of histidine-tagged proteins when Ni²⁺is not the optimal choice of metal ion.

• For purification of histidine-tagged proteins
• Available in 10 or 50 ml Superflow™ flasks or HiTrap™ ready-to-use columns
• HiTrap columns can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system
• Each HiTrap™ column is equiped with one 1/16" male luer and one 1/16" female luer. It is possible to connect columns to each other
