Medium for antenatal cytogenetics.

Amniopan is a ready-to-use complete medium for in vitro diagnostic use with short-term culture of human fetal cells from amniotic fluid or chorionic villus biopsy (CVS) material for standardised application in cytogenetic studies.
Amniopan is intended for in vitro use and has been designed to establish cultures of human foetal cells from amniotic fluid or chorionic villus biopsies (CVS), which can then be used for karyotyping, fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH) or other cytogenetic procedures.
