Oil tester

In order to use frying oil, the content of polar compounds must not exceed 25%. Beyond that, the oil becomes unfit for human consumption (decree n°2008-184 of 26/02/08).

Colorimetric test

Easy to use and result in 2 minutes:
• take oil with pipette;
• pour oil into test tube;
• shake;
• blue test: oil is ok;
• green/brown test: oil to change.
