Cytiva Mag Sepharose™

Magnetic beads for easier handling during the enrichment of peptides or target proteins.

Target proteins immobilized to Mag Sepharose beads are used for capture of target proteins after which collection of the beads is achieved using the Mag Rack magnetic device. Up to six samples can be processed in parallel.

• Protein A and G Mag Sepharose™: high affinity for monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for immunoprecipitation experiments
• NHS Mag Sepharose™: for covalent coupling of any protein or biomolecule containing a free amine group
• TiO₂ Mag Sepharose™: pour l'enrichissement de peptides phosphorylés (affinité). Protocole rapide: 6 échantillons traités en moins d'une heure
